The Corkdork

Craig, such a good question! My general rule is that if I don't like it, I leave it off my public notes, and if they are outstanding, I call them out as recommended or highly recommended. My thought is that there is so much chatter out there about every wine, that I should just bring attention to the wines I want to highlight. So everything should be considered good, but if you can find things I've made special mention of, those are especially worthy purchases. - CD

Just a question about your ranking. Some wines are "recommended" others "highly recommended", what does it mean when you don't use either of those terms? Not recommended, just OK etc.?
