Ironic that the new Tanqueray Rangpur is named for a city in Gujarat, which contains a lot of muslims that don't imbibe. Nonetheless, it's starting to make a buzz around the restaurant and bar scene and here's my take on it.
I think this is the best drink to be having at the World Elephant Polo Association tournament, don't you? It's great on a hot night, with a similar kick as a classic Negroni, with a splash of pop.
This is a variant of a drink I had recently at a great (and really inexpensive) Italian place that's fit for a locavore in Denver, CO called Osteria Marco. Highly recommended if you're in Denver.
